Getting started
Yes. Sign up with your email, verify it, then subscribe. After payment, add Instagram accounts and connect Telegram in Account → My subscriptions.
Enter the username (the part after @), not the profile name. For @storyautosaver, enter storyautosaver.
After subscribing, connect Telegram from your account in three steps:
- Choose a plan.
- Enter an Instagram username.
- Connect Telegram and tap Start.
Your plan starts on the payment date, even if you set up later, so enter the Instagram username and connect Telegram right after you pay.
Receiving stories
We check for new stories automatically and send them as soon as we find them, so they arrive shortly after being posted rather than instantly. Instagram or Telegram issues can occasionally cause longer delays.
Yes. Once setup is done, you can close the website. We keep checking for new stories and sending them to Telegram.
Yes, if they’re still up when we first check the account. Stories that already expired or were deleted can’t be recovered.
Payment & your plan
Add a card to use Story Autosave free for 7 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. Otherwise your plan starts on day 8 and renews automatically. One free trial per customer.
Yes. Your subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. Turn off auto-renewal anytime in Account → My subscriptions → Billing & cancellation, and you’ll keep access until the paid period ends.
Cancel anytime in Account → My subscriptions → Billing & cancellation. You keep access until the paid period ends, and canceling doesn’t request a refund. Payments aren’t refunded once your plan has started, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, a problem on our side that we can’t fix, or when the law or Paddle’s terms give you a refund. To ask, email support@storyautosave.com with your purchase email and order reference.
Paddle handles payment securely. Prices appear in your local currency where available, and you’ll see the final total and payment methods before you pay.
Yes. You can switch each Instagram account in your plan to a different one once a month. Adding an account for the first time doesn’t count, unused changes don’t carry over, and annual plans get the same monthly allowance.
Not by yourself yet. Add another plan in Account → My subscriptions, or email us and we’ll help.
In Account → My subscriptions. Each subscription shows its next payment or end date, plus its Instagram and Telegram connections. Billing details, payment history, and cancellation are in Billing & cancellation.
Troubleshooting
Check these three things in Account → My subscriptions:
- Your subscription is active, and the Instagram username is correct and public.
- Telegram is connected and the bot isn’t blocked.
- A new story was actually posted. Delays can happen when Instagram or Telegram has issues.
First check Account → My subscriptions. If your subscription is there, the payment went through. If not, start again from Pricing. If you paid but don’t see it, email us.
Start with your next story.
