Refund Policy
1. General rule
Monthly, annual, and renewal payments are non-refundable once the paid period has started, except in the cases in section 2.
For example, we do not refund a payment because you did not use the service, completed setup late, disconnected Telegram, or registered an account that posted no new stories or became private or unavailable.
2. When we refund
We provide a full or partial refund in these cases:
- Applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal or a remedy, or Paddle’s buyer terms or refund policy apply. For example, consumers in Korea may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date, as Paddle’s refund policy provides.
- You were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount.
- The service does not work because of a technical problem on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time. We may first offer a fix or an extension of your paid period.
- We discontinue the paid service. We refund the unused portion.
Other requests may be reviewed individually; approval is not guaranteed.
3. Cancellation
Canceling stops future renewals; it is not a refund request. Cancel in My subscriptions → Billing & cancellation before the renewal date. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless the payment is refunded or access is suspended under the Terms.
If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged. Once a trial converts to a paid period, sections 1 and 2 apply to that payment.
4. Requests and processing
Email support@storyautosave.com with your purchase email and order reference, if available. No reason is required when you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. When a payment is fully refunded, access for that period ends. You can also use the support options on your Paddle receipt.
